helping older adults committed to climate change deepen personal resilience and integrate joy to amplify their impact

The climate is changing.

Some of our greatest treasures are at risk because of this change -- amazingly beautiful and awe-inspiring places on Earth, and the life that they sustain.

This concerns you deeply because you’re so fully committed to people, planet & very big change!

My name is Tamara, and I help older adults in the climate space reenergize in order to powerfully effect global change.

Deep, sustainable change is far from easy - but it’s very worth it. For ALL of us.

Climate change is heavy. For many of us, it brings up the worst of our fears, the weight of our grief, and a world of unknowns. It scares us, angers us, and overwhelms us at times. How do we know what to do, who to be, or how to stay ‘in it’ while authentically navigating the breadth and depth of the emotional experience that climate change unearths? How do we keep from shutting down, from feeling so alone, from being overtaken by the belief that we’re simply too small or too late?

There’s a power at this intersection, where psychology meets climate change, where emotional resilience, embodied psychology, and social intelligence have the power to contribute to the large-scale solutions that this world needs.

Let me be your guide, to help you reenergize and simultaneously access a place of calm amidst the chaos - through body, mind, and heart. Through working together, I will help you deepen your resilience, integrate more joy, and expand your climate leadership so you can meaningfully impact the vital challenges of our time.
